Propel Opportunity Fund is always on the lookout for great investment projects. Please take a minute to read through our requirements, then fill out the following form to pitch your project to Propel.
INVESTMENT PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
- The Opportunity Zone program requires that a significant investment be made in the development or re-development of properties, so “turn-key” investments will not work. Projects must have a need for substantial development (i.e. raw land) or re-development of existing buildings.
- Projects must be located within a designated Opportunity Zone, though we have some flexibility to consider projects outside of a designated zone on a case by case basis (provided they fit within our overall mission parameters).
- Investment in a business located within a designated Opportunity Zone is permissible, but because of our REIT structure, any business would have to have a real estate component. We are happy to look at scalable businesses with a real estate component (or potential real estate component) located within a designated Opportunity Zone (target investment sizes still apply).
- Target total investment size is $4 million to $25 million. We may consider a smaller investment in scalable small businesses with potential for job creation on a case by case basis.
